Event Participation Waiver

In consideration of being given the opportunity to participate in the  2023 Burlington Car Show held in Burlington ON,  July 8, 2023  (event) I hereby agree, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and/or assigns to release, indemnify and forever hold harmless ­­­Rebels Classic Car & Hot Rod Club or any their affiliated companies and divisions and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns from any claim or liability whatsoever including, without limitation, any claim or liability relating to property damage or personal injury to myself or any other person resulting from my participation in the event.

I hereby agree to comply, while participating in the 2023 Burlington Car Show  with all instructions and safety requirements as directed by the event personnel.

I further agree that my name, photograph, videotaped image, comments and biographical information may be used in perpetuity by Rebels Classic Car & Hot Rod Club, their agents and affiliates for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium worldwide without compensation.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Declaration and Release and I agree to be legally bound by its terms.
